I’m Kyle, and Pure Charge began long before I ever thought about starting a brand.

For years, I struggled with what I thought were “normal” problems — the kind everyone just accepts.
Midday crashes. Sluggish energy. Cramping after workouts. Feeling drained after a sauna or run. Waking up dehydrated even though I’d been drinking water all day.

I kept telling myself I just needed more water.
So I drank more.
And more.
But nothing changed.

It wasn’t until I started digging into what real hydration actually means that something clicked:
Most people aren’t dehydrated because they don’t drink enough water — they’re dehydrated because they’re missing the minerals that make hydration work.

Water alone can’t solve everything.
When you sweat, train, run, hit the sauna, or even go about your day… your body loses sodium, the mineral that tells your body to hold onto water and stay hydrated.
