Great to maintain energy levels.

I was pleased to receive my first order within a few days. It was well packaged and the individual sachets are useful to ensure correct dosage. As a senior citizen who plays indoor and outdoor bowls I can begin to feel tired towards the end of the 2 hour sessions. I now drink this before and during the matches and it's really helped with hydration and maintaining my energy levels. Both flavours are good, but raspberry I particularly like.
